Welcome to my week 10 results!

Shit.  I have 5 weeks to go and have to lose 9 more lbs.  I’m still 209 lbs like last week.  These darn homemade burgers aren’t helping!  LOL.

I did the track a few times and that’s it.  I took a far off pic of this fat guy running the track (NOT ME!), which even I did better then, but my stupid blackberry can’t send pics 2 mb large I think (actually it was a 2.4 mb image).  I tried sending it along with my other pics and then deleted them and I sent them to my email address.  All the other pics sent fine as I condensed them to medium at ~170 kb each.  But I tried sending the fat guy pic at full size in hopes I could zoom in on him better with a bigger better image file.  Turns out the 2.4 mb pic messed up (big red X telling me it didn’t go through) and I can’t retrieve it back as I deleted it.  Stupid me.

Weight & Body

Still hanging at 209 lbs.  I have to lose another 9 lbs by end of June to reach my goal.

Food

Massive BBQing this week.  I think I ate about 6-8 burgers, some chicken, a slew of mini-sausages and a bit of sirloin steak.  Even tried grilling some potato slices and fish… those didn’t turn out too well.  I think I’m BBQing the chicken thighs wrong as I’m getting massive flame ups from its oily skin.  I invited some family over for BBQ and even my 3 year old niece saw it and said….. “Fire”.  Hahaha!

Went to a ballgame with an ex-coworker and had two hotdogs too.  Awesome.  I don’t understand why those doggies off a dirty cart are 10x better than any ones you buy at the store.  It should be the same stuff shouldn’t it?

I couldn’t help myself and bought a bunch of half priced ice cream cones and weird chocolate ice cream oatmeal cookies.  Oatmeal things suck big time.  Will stick to regular ice cream next time.

A mishmash of other stuff I ate.

Workout 1 & 2 (high school track)

Each day I did the same.  I did 2 laps running and 2 laps walking, alternating them 1 lap at a time.  As I mentioned last week, the walk to the school is 15 minutes each way, so in total I get some fresh air for about 45-50 minutes.
